What happens once I have placed my order?
- Once we receive your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (working hours barring Sunday).
What are the shipping charges?
- The shipping charges will be calculated and mentioned at the time of check out based on pincode.
When can I expect my order, and how can I track my shipment?
- Within 7 days from the order date within India.
- Once the order has been shipped, the shipment tracker will be shared to track your order.
How do the HeiQ technologies work?

What are the precautions to be observed regarding the usage, cleaning and storage of the masks?
- Store the mask in a dry place, preferably away from sunlight.
- Wash only when required.
- This mask is for personal use and not to be shared.
- Sanitize your hands before wearing and removing the mask.
- Strictly for external use.
- After 30 gentle hand washes, we recommend that you replace your mask.
- Date of Expiry - 36 months from the date of manufacturing. Please refer to the packaging for manufacturing date.
- Wearing instructions and precautions to be followed as recommended.
- Improper usage of the mask may cause health risks.
Where can the Defend & Protecht masks be used?
- Outdoor walks, driving, travel, commute.
- Work, college and other daily activities.
- For police, traffic, security and delivery personnel
Are there any disclaimers regarding the usage of this product?
- This mask is not a substitute for social distancing, hygiene practices and other WHO, CDC and Indian Government recommended safety protocols for Covid-19.
- This mask is not intended or certified as a medical device or personal protective equipment.
- The mask is not intended to be a replacement for a surgical mask or filtering respirators.
- The mask is not intended for use in any clinical or surgical setting or where exposure to bodily or hazardous fluids may be expected, or where the risk of exposure through inhalation is high.
