Return Policy: 

This item cannot be returned. To maintain hygiene for all our customers, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on our masks and personal care products.

Manufacturing Warranty:

At Defend and Protecht Technology, we are committed to providing utmost satisfaction to all customers with our superior quality masks and personal care products. Our manufacturing warranty covers the following:

a. External Packaging is Damaged:

At the time of delivery if you notice that the external packaging of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Instead, add your remarks on the courier delivery sheet, take an image of the packaging and raise a complaint with us immediately, citing your order details. We will resolve your issue with the respective courier partner. Please call our Customer Care Team on +91 9841437502, during our working hours: Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm or write us at Our team will revert to you at the earliest.

Once our courier partner updates us that your parcel is accepted for return and updates the same on their website, we will start your replacement process. We will facilitate the courier of a replacement.

 b. The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered:

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective or is not the product or product color you ordered, you can submit for replacement of your product.

Replacement Criteria for Manufacturing Defects or Damage or Wrong Choice of Color in Mask:

  • The product should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
  • Replacement request should be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the mask(s), caused by the consumer.
  • All tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s). Product(s) returned without tags will not be replaced.
  • Original invoice should be returned with the product(s).
  • Product(s) should reach us in a sellable condition.
  • Kindly note that we will not accept replacement requests on consumer promotion items / freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we have sent a wrong product, we will accept your request for replacement.

We do not accept replacement request of any product(s) which is not purchased from We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.

Replacement Process:

Your product should fit the Replacement Criteria as mentioned above. You can call our Customer Care Team on +91 9841437502, during our working hours: Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm or write us at Our Customer Care Team will guide you through the replacement process. Our team will also send you a confirmation for replacement process via SMS. 

DO NOT send any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is sent without confirmation, we cannot guarantee any replacement.

Once our Quality Check Team has received the returned product(s), our team will examine it for all defects/variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Check Team that your replacement request fulfills all conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your replacement process. We will send you an email and SMS informing you if your request has been accepted or rejected.

However, upon examination of product/invoice/order receipt, if it is found that the error/defect/damage has occurred due to customer, you will not be entitled to a replacement. In such a case, the same product you returned will be sent back to you and courier charges will be applicable to be paid by you.

Shipping Info:

Our partners are: The Professional Couriers. We are now delivering in all zones in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala, excluding containment zones, in line with Government guidelines.

Shipping time: In ideal circumstances, your order will be delivered to you within 7 days from the order date. However, in light of the pandemic and prevailing conditions, delivery may take longer depending upon the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, beyond our control, we will proactively reach out to you. We will have to request you to please visit the nearest courier hub of our logistics partner to collect your delivery. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping zone on check out. As an inaugural/ launch offer we are offering shopping for a flat fee of Rs 50/- for two weeks.

Shipment tracking: On placement your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Once the order has been shipped, the shipment tracker will be shared to track your order.

This is a TM product of Defend and Protecht Technology and any redistribution or copying of the product, images or Trademark on our label is a matter of IPR violation and will be treated accordingly. No third-party is allowed to resell without authorization and if found will be held legally responsible. We request you not to use any of our images without our prior permission for any commercial purpose or we may have to take legal recourses to take down the image.
